- Has a basic knowledge of backyard birding; we’ll teach you the rest
- Is comfortable working on their feet for 8+ hours
- Can lift 20-40 lbs of bird seed throughout a workday
- Is a strong communicator
- Has availability to work 4-5 weekend days per month
